The goal of this free clinic is to serve the population in the community who do not have any health insurance.
This clinic provides services for routine medical care and treats chronic medical conditions like hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, thyroid problem, etc.
For acute medical conditions, like chest pain, acute shortness of breath, acute abdominal pain, etc., advised to call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
This clinic has limitations in treating certain medical conditions because of lack of resources and availability of certain medical specialties.
Please bring all of your current medications and any old medical records that you have.
This clinic is run by the volunteers. We can receive calls only in between 6 pm to 8 pm. You can leave messages (470-260-4066).
In the event of an emergency, please seek attention to Urgent Care, go to Emergency Room or call 911.
This clinic does not dispense any narcotic medications!
